FixyMo specializes in the development of bespoke web applications, comprehensive deployment solutions, and advanced AI model engineering, including MLOps integration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any aspect of our Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, infringing on intellectual property rights, distributing harmful or malicious content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FixyMo and its licensors. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

In no event shall FixyMo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
